1 Club Membership


1.1   To become a member of MaxiTatt You must be invited to join by an existing member of MaxiTatt and be accepted as a MaxiTatt member and accept these terms and conditions.

1.2   To be eligible for membership in MaxiTatt, an Applicant must be at least 18 years of age; however this may be older in various jurisdictions. The Applicant will need a valid residential address, email address, mobile phone number and be able to pay with the approved means communicated on the MaxiTatt Registration Page and the web page in the Payment Methods section.

1.3   To become a MaxiTatt Member and open a Member Account an Applicant requires an existing Member ( called the Sponsor) to introduce them to the Club and its opportunities and by completing the online Member Application Form and will have read and accepted these Club Terms & Conditions and paid the Initial Fee. The Sponsor will give the Applicant the visitor’s website to apply for Membership. The Applicant must read these Terms and Conditions carefully and click the "I Agree" button which is found on the Registration Page. In Australia offline registration is accepted if done in conjunction with the Sponsor.

The Applicant must enter all mandatory information requested into the Application Form. The Applicant declares and warrants to MaxiTatt that the provided information is true, complete and correct. MaxiTatt” carries out verification procedures by the club or through third parties. The Application for Membership may be blocked or closed if it contains any misleading information. As a part of the Registration process Applicants will have to choose a USERNAME and PASSWORD for login to the Websites. MaxiTatt is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of Member's account by third parties due to disclosure by the Applicant, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party. Create a robust Password using a minimum five character length of mixed-cases. Don't reveal the password to anyone and keep it at a safe place. MaxiTatt strongly advise that Applicants seek legal advice in the jurisdiction in which they are located should they require assistance with or explanation of any of these Terms and Conditions. Applicants should if local laws applicable in their location or place of residence, domicile or nationality may prohibit them from being a member of “MaxiTatt”.

1.3   The submission of the on-line Application Form for Club Membership and payment of the Initial Fee constitutes an offer by the Applicant to join the Club. The same goes for Registrations delivered by a written application in co-operation with their Sponsor.

1.4   When MaxiTatt accepts the Applicant’s on/off-line Application, they will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Club's Policies and Procedures. This governs their Registration and Membership of “MaxiTatt”, the account with “MaxiTatt” which the club will open in their name and all aspects of your transactions with MaxiTatt.

1.5   The non-refundable Annual Club Membership Fee of AUD35 (or amount as set by the club) lasts for 12 months from the date the Applicant is accepted as a Club Member and will automatically be renewed for payment at a fee of AUD35 (or amount as set by the club) in following years

Unless 1.5A “MaxiTatt” receive the Member's cancellation letter in writing, which has to be received by the club 14 days prior the Renewal Date. The club will not waive the Annual Club Membership Fee if the cancellation is received on or after the due date.

1.5B The Club waives the membership fee for any reason.



2 Your Club account


2.1  1The Club will open and maintain an account in the Member's name. The Member's Club account will set out all debits and credits, including payments made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Payments of bonuses and wins above AUD20 will be processed automatically using any of the available payroll methods communicated at any time under the conditions that it is coherent between the club and the payroll account’s personal details. Amounts under AUD20 will be accrued until they reach or exceed AUD20 and will then be paid. We may request due diligence documents for payments above AUD2500 i.e. true copy of passport and/or driving licence and/or copy of used payment instrument i.e. debit and/or credit card and/or other financial instruments.

The Club has the right to appoint Payment Solution Providers to act, receive and/or pay funds on behalf of the Club.
The Club is not a financial institution therefore there is no interest paid on Member's account balance.

2.2   Upon acceptance as a Member an Initial Fee for Club Membership must be paid as detailed in the Application Form. The Initial Fee includes payment of a non-refundable Annual Membership of AUD35 (or amount as set by the club) together with the amount as stated in the on-line Application Form for the first Calendar Month of participation. Accepted Applicants must email or fax their payment details with their signature to the club within 4 weeks of joining if they are using Direct Debit (DDR, only Australia), or cards like MasterCard and/or Visa.

2.3   The Annual Membership Consists of 12 Cycles being the 12 months of the year. The Member is to pay “MaxiTatt” every calendar month the nominated amount for the months of participation. The Member agrees that the club can auto debit their nominated card for this payment.

2.4   On each anniversary of the Club Membership the Member is to pay the non-refundable Annual Membership Fee of AUD35 (or amount as set by the club) to retain Membership. Or as stated above in section Club Membership Section 1.5A, 1.5B

2.5  “MaxiTatt” does not have a Member's reserve fund. If the Member has not paid for the participation according to 2.3, the club will suspend their membership till they have paid. The Member will be given a second chance to re-open their membership by paying the outstanding amount. If nothing happens, their membership will be cancelled and their account will be closed.

2.6   If a Membership is cancelled or falls into arrears no Member bonus will be paid to the Member.

2.7   Members can only make payments to the Club by use of payment means as referred to above in 1.1. The Club will not accept cash or personal cheque. Credit balances in your Member account will not bear interest. The Club may request a copy of any cards used to pay for Membership.

2.8   When using a credit or debit card or other recommended means to pay for Membership, the Membership is valid when the Club has received an approval and authorization code from the relevant financial institution. The Club System will automatically advise the Applicant or Member when the Membership Application has been accepted.



3 Membership Card


A Membership Card may be issued when the Application has been accepted.

3.1   When the Club accepts the Applicant as a MaxiTatt Member, MaxiTatt will select and issue the successful Applicant with the seven numbers for the ticket purchased by the Club. These numbers can be accessed by Members at any time through their MaxiTatt Back Office.

3.2   Where any combination of numbers issued to the Member by the club result in a winning match in a TattsLotto draw, while they are a Club Member, the Club will credit the Member's Club account with an amount equal to the corresponding winnings applicable as per 2.1 above and the MaxiTatt Pay Plan.



4 Draw Down Date


4.1   Every month MaxiTatt will review your Club Account and determine whether any payments are to be made to the Member or the Member is to make any payments to MaxiTatt.

4.2   MaxiTatt may apply any money due to the Member under these Terms and Conditions to any amount due to MaxiTatt under these Terms and Conditions. MaxiTatt have all rights any time to reverse any overpaid bonuses.

4.3   Every Calendar month, if the Member Club Account has funds in excess of the amount the Member are due to pay to the Club pursuant to clause 2.3 the Club may pay the Member the excess amount (not including their reserved fund). If there is less than the amount required pursuant to clause 2.3 in the Member Club Account (not including the reserved fund), the Club require the Member to make payment to the Club which is the total amount due for the Member's next Calendar Month's participation and the amount in the Member Club Account (not including the reserved fund). The Club will not use the amount in the Member Club Account to cover the remainder of the payment due to the Club pursuant to clause 2.3. If there is exactly the required amount in the Member Club Account (not including your reserved fund) The Club may use it to cover the payment due to the Club pursuant to clause 2.3.

4.4  The Member authorises “MaxiTatt” or it’s agent to debit the Member's credit card or nominated bank account for payments due to the Club in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

4.5   When the Club make a payment to the Member it will be by utilising “MaxiTatt” Electronic Funds Transfer System set up by the Club. Full details of this system are available on the Member's web site.



5 Lottery Tickets


5.1The Club do not buy any lottery tickets in the Member's name or on the Member's behalf. By virtue of the Membership to the Club, the Members do not acquire any interest in any lottery ticket or participate in any lottery.

5.2 MaxiTatt stand in a relationship to the Member of debtor and creditor only.

5.3 MaxiTatt and do not draw any numbers or determine the amount of any prize.

5.4 MaxiTatt do not conduct a lottery and do not have a license to conduct a lottery. MaxiTatt is not connected with nor authorised by any worldwide national lotteries



6 Club Rules and Policies


6.1   Members must comply with the Club's Rules and Policies as set out in the Policies and Procedures at all times. These guidelines shall be binding on all members and may be amended from time to time at the discretion of “MaxiTatt”.




7 The Syndicate Plan


7.1   The Terms and Conditions of the Syndicate Plan are set out in the Policies and Procedures. Which are also accessible to Members on the Application for Membership page on the MaxiTatt web site.

7.2   If any other person becomes a Member of the Club in the MaxiTatt Syndicate System using an online/offline Application Form that contains a Member's name and other required information in the “Existing Member Information Section", They must do so under no duress or enticement from that Member. A Member is not rewarded in any kind or any monetary way for the introducing and acceptance of a new Member. The new Member will be placed in the “Team” in accordance with the Syndicate Plan as set out in the Policies and Procedures, while that person remains a Club Member with good standing.

7.3   No participation fee is paid to other Club Members.

7.4   There is no payment made to a Member for introducing any person to MaxiTatt, if a Member has somebody join the Club and participate in the MaxiTatt System they get no payment of any kind for the introduction of that person. A Member earns Member bonuses as set out in the Syndicate Plan for people in their Team who participate in the MaxiTatt Plan, not for introducing them.

7.5   Upon cancellation, termination or expiration of a Member's Club Membership, the Member will not be entitled to receive any bonus payments after the date of cancellation, termination or expiration of their Club Membership.


8 A Member does not have to promote MaxiTatt


8.1   Members are not under any obligation to tell anyone about the Club, Club Membership, or MaxiTatt or to nominate any other person to become a Club Member


8.2   MaxiTatt is an invitation only Club. To become a Member of MaxiTatt and an Applicant must be introduced by an existing financial Member and be accepted by “MaxiTatt”.


9 Anti-money laundering reporting


MaxiTatt complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and the club shall report any suspicious transaction to the relevant competent authorities in Australia.


10 Gambling Issues


MaxiTatt recognise that in the general public there are individuals who may have gambling issues. MaxiTatt personnel will refer those who advise they have an issue to the relevant regulatory organisations in their area.
