Either you or someone else in your syndicate find and place 1 more member anywhere in your Syndicate making a total of 15 members and you in your Syndicate.

The orange lady (even though she is 3 deep from you) has her 3 you then qualify as having your 5 and 3 of those have 3. This applies from any depth and regardless if they are being used by someone else or not. The other 2 ladies are still counted in your group
